Microsoft recently added the enhancement to have the Teams icon flash orange so you don't miss a chat message, but it only seems to work if Teams is minimized to the taskbar. This is problematic and somewhat defeats the purpose of the flashing icon as a missed message notification if someone closes the teams window instead of minimizing it, regardless if it stays running in the background or not. You can't expect users to always minimize the window, and we don't use Teams because the notifications for missed messages are lacking. Trillian does it well... popup and flashes in the taskbar so you cannot miss a message. Please fix this or provide a chat notification option to popup a chat window, or something to make it impossible to miss.
