We have call groups setup, Missed call notification come through on all our sales staff's Teams clients. They have no way of knowing who has responded to calls as the missed notifications don't show or link up to one another on their Teams clients. Skype For Business used to email their shared mailbox missed call notifications. They now manually have to keep a spreadsheet to know who has responded to clients calls.

The team is working to address issues with call controls that occur for users running both Teams and Skype for Business. We will let you know when there is more to share.

This is still under review, no decision has been made. But I will keep following up with the feature team and providing them your feedback.

I don't understand why Microsoft spends lots of time implementing features on Teams that only a marginal amount of people would use, but neglects basic functionality such as the ability to forward a message or reverse lookup numbers from your GAL from PSTN calls. Strange

After I have dealt with a call i tend to delete it so i know where i am at, i have hundreds of calls per day. I used to be able to do it on SFB

This is basic functionality, we have all our staff mobiles in our GAL. On SFB when you went to initiate a call it gave you the option of calling their mobile. Now it just directly calls their Teams unless you haven't communicated with the user in the past., then it gives you the option. Annoying when you just need to dial someones mobile! The other option to retrieve their details is to add them as a contact, very annoying!

Thank you for your feedback! As announced at Ignite, an enhanced Calling experience is coming to Microsoft Teams, and this will include a prominent and always visible dial pad, for those users who are set up for PSTN calling.

This is a necessity for large organisations, it also needs to be set so that it can't be changed. It would probably be a useful policy feature rather than using cmd however I will take anything at the moment!
