    This becomes particularly useful if you have a workflow with a lot of meetings: In that case, the "Recent" tab can easily become cluttered with meeting chats, which in turn makes you more likely to miss single user chats. This is bad because chances are that people will be more likely to assume that you have read their single user chats than, say, meeting chats.
