The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

Some basic productivity related emojis are lacking

    - check-mark - to allow team members to mark a simple request (such as a.g. "please read linked post by the EOD and acknowledge" posted in a channel as "done/acknowledged"
    - eyes - to allow team members to mark a message as "reviewing"
    - hourglass - to allow team members to mark a message as "working on it"

Without those three basic emojis we are forced into cluttering our conversations with unnecessary thread responses.

Oh, so here is a thing - when a bot is both hidden and blocked, there is no way to unblock it from web, desktop or mobile apps before it is unhidden.

The problem is - there is currently no way to unhide it from the UI.

If you are not afraid of mocking API calls, it's possible to work around this problem. The actual API call is

    PUT https://emea.ng.msg.teams.microsoft.com/v1/users/ME/conversations/19%3A708a7e56-7242-48b5-86c6-b5913879d461_358f0194-6b0e-4dd3-af35-c24fe8a9ec87%40unq.gbl.spaces/properties?name=unpinnedTime HTTP/1.1
    Host: emea.ng.msg.teams.microsoft.com

All you need to do is replace this part

    19%3A708a7e56-7242-48b5-86c6-b5913879d461_358f0194-6b0e-4dd3-af35-c24fe8a9ec87%40unq.gbl.spaces

with the urlencoded id of the bot chat that you want to unhide in your instance. You should be able to easily identify it by searching for Flow in the search bar and selecting its blocked chat history while analyzing all HTTP traffic.

Look for calls to this API endpoint

    GET https://emea.ng.msg.teams.microsoft.com/v1/threads/19%3A708a7e56-7242-48b5-86c6-b5913879d461_358f0194-6b0e-4dd3-af35-c24fe8a9ec87%40unq.gbl.spaces/consumptionhorizons HTTP/1.1
    Host: emea.ng.msg.teams.microsoft.com

The id used in this call is going to be the one that you need to put in the HTTP PUT call that unhides chat history.

As soon as you have your bot chat history unhidden, you should be able to unblock bot from the UI with no problems.
