Yes, I want to send messages to a colleague outside working hours, but I don't want it to go to the addressee's mobile; it's non urgent. I want to be able to schedule the "send" to either when the colleague is available, or better still, to designate a time when teams can send the message, similar to outlook "delayed delivery"
