Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work improving the Shifts app experience including adding recurring shifts. In the meantime, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to help with some pain-points mentioned:
    1) Make Edits to Your Schedule (Delete, Undo, Minor Copy Edits): Shifts works similarly to Excel in certain regards, so make sure to highlight shifts with your mouse and utilize keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z) to copy, delete, or undo actions. We find it helpful doing this particularly in month view and week view.
    2) Copy Button: Use the copy button on the top right to copy any timeframe you need for the entire schedule.
    3) Search for Shifts in Creation Phase: When creating a shift, utilize the search command to find shifts that have already been created in the past.

We’ll keep you posted when we have more news!

So i've been doing this both Successfully and Unsuccessfully.. it's frustrating the hell out of me.

This is the scenario that fails; with a known and well documented workaround (send-onbehalf-of + calendar editor rights):
PA@company1 has full mailbox access to director@company1, and can manage calendar permissions. Added themself as a calendar Editor and can successfully create MS Teams invites on behalf of director@company1.

PA@company2 has an identical setup of permissions/delegation etc with director@company2. and cannot create MS Teams Invites on behalf of director@company2.

Only complication is the windows authentication layer. PA@company1 is logged into windows, and has the default/primary outlook account. Outlook has PA@company2 added as a second exchange account, not a delegatelinked mailbox... tried both setups, doesn't work at all for the PA@company2.

From forums and this article.. i found some interesting things:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/exchange-teams-interact

    Workaround 1:
Add-MailboxFolderPermission 'Manager Name':\calendar -User 'Assistant Name' -AccessRights Editor -SharingPermissionFlags Delegate)

    Workaround 2:
Enable 'ExchangeWebServices' AllowList functionality for 'Scheduling'. Does anyone know the powershell to do this?

Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

+1 - only for "Queued" calls.

EG Helpdesk staff set their status to busy (lets say they are in a Teams Meeting); but they are missing queued calls. Having a notification would allow one of them to drop out of the meeting and accept the inbound call.

Hi — My apologies for the delay in updating this item. We rolled out a fix a year ago for a specific issue of status changing to away in Teams when you were still active on the device. We thought this had fixed the “incorrect status” issue. From comments below, it sounds like people are still seeing issues.

If you are still having issues, it would be super helpful if you can capture logs by typing Ctrl + Shift + Alt + 1, and send the file from your downloads folder along with device info and detailed repro steps to teamsml@microsoft.com.

    Thanks all!
