Thank you for your feedback! As announced at Ignite, an enhanced Calling experience is coming to Microsoft Teams, and this will include a prominent and always visible dial pad, for those users who are set up for PSTN calling.

Appear offline is now available on Desktop/Web and iOS. It will be available later this month on Android. To learn more, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

Please add "Appear offline" option like Skype for Business and also add dial pad to dial any other number apart from directory.
Please add an always available dial pad for calling on an external number, just like Skype for Business has. Not everyone has an enterprise deskphone / VOIP phone available all the time, especially in COVID times involving work from home. If you really want to retire Skype for Business and replace it with Teams, please include all the features of Skype for Business in Teams at least.
