    This feature would really be helpful. For us this wouldn't happen often, but on the occasion when all agents are opted out, it would be nice if callers didn't have to wait through the entire queue time out duration. An option in the queue configuration right after the toggle for agent opt out - if no agents are available send to ==> Voice mail or Voice App.

    We are currently using the free trial version of Business Voice and have learned from Tech Support that there is no way to bring a third party into an ongoing call. This feature should work much as it commonly does on cell phones to conduct a conference call. While we can use the Audio Conference feature, this only seems to work if the meeting is planned in advance and a notice sent out with the dial in number. We will almost always need this to be impromptu to bring an interpreter into an inbound call from a caller that does not speak English.
