    This is a huge problem for a large meeting. The meeting organizer needs to be able to mute the beep. In addition, it needs to be easy to turn the lobby off once the meeting has started.

    Looks like this has been on the backlog for 2 years and planned for a year and a half. Any projection on when it will be delivered?

    It appears that the Webinar type meeting is intended to replace Live Event meetings. It cannot do so without the Q&A function. It is great to have raise hand and live Q&A capability, but this is not a substitute for the Q&A panel. BOTH are required for effective webinars. The new video and presentation capabilities of regular meetings and webinars are great, but lack of this one feature (Q&A panel) will be a significant blocker for shifting to Webinar meetings. It also prevents us from moving some meetings away from Webex into Teams.

    In a multi-national corporation, we need the ability to include in-country conference phone numbers from multiple countries in Teams meeting invites. While it is true that you can click on the "Find a local number" link in the invitation, most users will blindly dial the supplied phone number instead. This is particularly true for colleagues who are not familiar with international numbering plans. The result is exorbitant international toll phone bills for that colleague. Please give us the ability as administrators to specify default phone numbers that include multiple country numbers, and users the ability to over-ride the system defaults.

    There are at least six different requests for this type of functionality. It is standard on other platforms. The ability to identify dial-in users makes for a more effective meeting. One suggestion to allow merging the phone number for a dial-in user with their Teams application or browser connection is a good refinement. With the introduction of breakout rooms, you can move phone participants. Merging them with the named participant would resolve this issue.

    Categorization and assignment functionality is critical. In a webinar with hundreds or thousands of attendees, there could be hundreds of questions coming in. Questions need to be categorized or assigned. Being able to assign questions to a specific moderator would be ideal, so that the questions are in that moderator's queue to be answered. Globalmeet provides this sort of functionality in a webinar or event.
