The same here. The mouse pointer when controling the remote screen has a serious lag.
And probably the lag is also the reson why there are two mouse pointers currently (the one of my host Windows 10 and the one with my picture on it on the remote screen)? Teamviewer only shows one mouse pointer and this feels much more naturalRalf supported this idea ·

I agree. Would be great if you get this improved. Currently, we switched back to teamviewer for remote pairing

Fully agree to the first idea (copy&paste).
As to the second one: If I get you right, you want to allow the one who tries to control a remote computer to use her own keyboard layout? If so, I fully agree. Why should anyone want to use the peer's keyboard layout, which might be totally different from their own?
