    There already is a dark theme...
    Click on your profile picture > Settings > General and you can choose from the standard, dark or high contrast themes...

    Clicking on the join button in an Outlook reminder takes you to the browser to launch Teams today. The work to bypass the browser and directly launch Teams is being worked on. We’ll update when we have more details.

    In S4B, when, for example, calling a contact, next to the call button is a dropdown arrow. Here you can choose who you are calling for (choose a different caller ID). Our support teams really need this option, as customers should be seeing the support number and not the personal number of the team member. Our phone numbers aren't registered with Microsoft and we don't/can't have Service numbers directly from Microsoft as these aren't the ones we need/use.
