This is the primary reason I refuse to use Teams at work. They're trying to force it on us but I won't use it. When one of the IM's pops up, I pick up the phone and call the person who IM'd me. I will not use something that does not permit me to at least clean my side of the app. We all know that our data is archived forever, somewhere, by someone. However, I refuse to use a product that doesn't allow me to clean my end of the app so that I choose what I see when I open it. It's really that simple.

We already have calendars in Outlook. Integration of that into Teams would be fine, but we don't need multiple calendars to maintain.

We already have calendars in Outlook and certainly do NOT need to be keeping separate calendars. I vote against this idea; or at least making it a mandatory addition. If optional, I really don't care. Or, allow for integration of Outlook calendar. That would be fine.

NOOOOO!! OMG, please no. Please no more of these childish cartoons. What in the world is wrong with you people? The people in my company are supposedly professional adults. We don't need children's cartoons to make us feel happy, or sad, or angry, or whatever. Wow. How disappointing that so many are clamoring for this childishness.

Enough with the kindergarten emojis, "praise" pictures and other nonsense. Stick to the basics. Allow me to chat, screen share and file share. That's it. The rest is for preschoolers who are too young for video games. Let's keep this at a professional level, shall we?
