We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

I think I got the tasks in teams update today? However it is is missing some key features.
1. Flagged email are not showing up in teams app (Have to use to-do or outlook)
2. Attachments for personal tasks are not showing (Have to use to-do or outlook)
3. Cannot add attachment to task created under personal tasks (Have to use to-do or outlook)
As these features are missing, the tasks in Teams does not really gather all tasks from the Office programs in one place.
On the positive side, it is a step in the right direction, and Onenote (Onenote Outlook) tasks are "synced"
