The number one productivity kill for me is the constant sound notifications on chat messages while I'm trying to finishing a train of thought or research what's being asked in chat. Especially for people that can't type a complete sentence in chat but shotgun responses rapid fire. Being able to have granular control over sound in notifications would be a MOST welcome feature. Seeing a number in the task tray icon is enough for me to know messages are waiting.

Hooked up a Rode Rodecaster which is overkill for just using in Teams, Discord, etc. Noticed Teams is the ONLY app that cranks then mic level from what I set it to in Windows 10 to 100% when a call comes in or I place a call and then AGC's down to a usable level which results in the person on the other end receiving noisy voice until Teams gets to a usable level.

Really need a way to disable automatic gain control in Teams.
