Thank you for your feedback. The feature team is planning to add a co-organizer role for Teams meetings. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
We are working on improving the Microsoft Whiteboard in Teams to include new features including sticky notes, pen and ink, and drag and drop capabilities. These features will enable team members who don’t have access to a touchscreen or Surface Hub to participate in whiteboarding sessions during Teams meetings. You can read more details here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/blog/2020/07/08/reimagining-virtual-collaboration-future-work-learning/.

Whiteboard is very limited, users have to install it prior to the use, post its with large text have to be 'double clicked' to be able to go through the text, it is not possible to change color of text and you cannot put 'arrows' or indicators for users. I would suggest a benchmark with WebEx they have an excellent whiteboard tool for reference that allows you to type simultaneously, place arrows per user representing them) and the user does not have to click in another app, sheet or anything, neither download apps. Miro is also better because it has really useful templates but it also requires creating a user which does not work in operational environment.
Group Calendar is a priority for the team, and the feature team is continuing work on it. You’ll start to see some incremental improvements. We look forward to sharing more details and timeframes soon.
