+1 for sure. To manage personal risk, I need a place to make a time-stamped journal entry that only I can see, and it comes up with my searches. This allows me to search for past personal tags e.g. #lessonslearned_project_1 or #1on1BossMinutes. This also allows me to prepare my conversation messages and then copy and paste them in from the same platform with the same formatting.

The benefit: This helps me keep my boss accountable. He's getting old and forgetful, and I need a way to look back on my notes and keep him honest. Same goes with my project manager, who likes to bully, and this functionality helps me keep him honest with perspective. This also helps me solidify verbal conversations in my head, so that I have an easier time recalling them

For competitive context, Slack allows a user to enter a "chat" message to themselves, which can be searched for at a later date. While I could do this in OneNote or MS Word, it's more frictionless to do it in the chat tool of MS Teams.

We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

You can follow the rollout via our Roadmap item: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=57213. To see a preview of the experience, please visit https://youtu.be/rTATVGroEsQ.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

As a dynamic presenter, I bring up new windows that show new information all the time. Sometimes that means changing a PowerPoint presentation mid presentation and the meeting attendees are unaware of the change. This makes me look good, and the attendees love me for it even more.

Zoom allows share pausing, and Teams does not. For when it matters most, I must use Zoom. Ideally, I’d love to save the $ by leaving Zoom and spending it on something else, but I can’t because my M365 with Teams doesn’t include this feature. Frustrating.

Also, as a user with 5 email addresses, I want to be able to use one MSTeams app with multiple emails, even though I have 1 phone number.

As a user, I want to quickly launch a MS Teams meeting with one click. Currently, I need to schedule a calendar invite, add Teams to the invite, and then go into the invite to click Join. So frustrating.
