    I agree! Would be right to be able to right click a post and have an option for "add to planner". For now, I copy the link to a post to a planner task but I have to create everything manually

    Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

    Maybe mentioned here but I'd suggest the ability to right click a post and "add to table of contents" as well. I have a channel with "FYI" posts we share. Right now, I manually add posts I want others to be able to reference quickly to a Wiki page for "table of contents" but it would be nice is this was easier.

    I agree! For now, I have made a table of contents Wiki page but I have to update it manually. Would be nice to be able to right click a post to "add to table of contents" (in case you don't want everything in the TOC automatically).

    I really wish planner tabs could be used on private channels. For now, I use an Excel "open issues" tab as a workaround.

    if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.
