Team files are stored in Sharepoint and use a standard URL, so you can use the Outlook -> Browse web locations -> Sites

    The URL will be https://<YOUR_SHAREPOINT_DOMAIN>/sites/<TEAM_NAME>/Shared%20Documents

This should take you to the root folder, and you can then browse to the Channel and folder that you need. Once you've done this, the URL should show in Outlook as a Recent Folder.
