In Skype for Business, having chat transcripts show up in the Outlook Conversation History folder is/was so convenient! Then I could forward or save to OneNote for future reference, or search for a keyword and not have to remember if it was a topic in an email or a chat - something I praised in my trainings on Skype for business as a beneficial feature.
With Teams, I understand we can search the persistent chat. However, for meetings, this doesn't seem to be easily possible and it's a frequent resource of the information shared within a meeting. And for training sessions, it's very helpful to be able to share it in post-class reviews while it's an interruption to pause to capture notes while I'm busy delivering the training.
    Please make this happen!!
