Just parroting what has already been said: "Huh? I cannot attach anything to my meeting invite? You mean that I need to send a separate email?"

My problem is when I need to add multiple *EXTERNAL* emails to my Teams meeting invite and I believe the only way to do it is one at a time... Very annoying when you have 30 people to add. In addition, even more annoying, after entering each external email address, I need to wait a couple of seconds for the pop-up to confirm that indeed, I want to add that person to the mailing list. If there is a workaround for that, I have not yet found it.

We wanted to have an external speaker (a client) present some slides during one of our weekly meetings, and we had to go back to using Zoom as the client was not part of the company. Why can't a speaker external to the organization be allowed to join as a presenter?
