    This is very much needed. I'm hosting an event and needed to have it be in our Team channel but n ow none of the attendees will be able to use the chat function since they are not part of that Team. This happens way to much and seems like it should be a simple thing.

    I'm not sure about anyone else but I can successfully edit my Teams meetings by accessing them from the calendar in Teams, making the changes (I only changed the description details, not the dates or time) then hit send update. It worked fine and all of my students were notified of the change and it updated in the Teams Calendar.

    This series of meetings was created through Outlook where I added the Team and the General channel for that Team to the meeting.
