    Also, this leads to really bad cases as Streams permissions do not incorporate Teams *channel* permissions, so this can "leak" recordings out to a broader audience in the Team (which is presumably why recording was disabled in private channels).

    One odd note: I created a private channel with just me, and started a meeting in the Windows client. I could not record the meeting, as expected. However, I then joined the meeting via the iOS client, signed in with the same credentials. The iOS client *could* start recording, and the recording worked as usual (uploaded to streams, etc.). The Windows client still couldn't record the meeting. When the iOS client left, the recording continued until the meeting ended - the Windows client couldn't even *stop* recording!
