    This feature might be here but it’s extremely poor in design and has none of the offerings that the old Skype for Business phones had in terms of remote sign in, refer to Polycom VVX web interfaces. User MFA logins are also not supported but not relevant to this request. The most annoying issue with this remote sign in is that you need someone physically at the phone if you miss the initial screen scrape access code. There is no way to request another without doing a phone visit. Not very remote in my opinion and not easily going to be fixed. I ought to mention the signing in solution at the moment has the ability to brick a phone and stop it from signing in altogether, a current bug that is being worked thankfully.

    This issue exists with AudioCodes certified C448HD and C450HD and Poly Trio C60s also. This cannot be an issue with the devices but the Teams Admin Portal itself right? Rebooting of these devices does not rectify the issue for out deployment. We have not found a method yet that does and that includes deleting the account in the TAC and factory resetting the devices.
