It's bizarre that you can't rename ANY Teams policies after you've created them. Is that correct?? We created policies for test purposes which we've since tweaked. We'd like to rename them, because the original names no longer explain clearly what the policy delivers. But there's no way of doing so, even if the policy hasn't been applied to a single user. I don't understand this

Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

Microsoft says this function is already available - see https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/35669275-is-there-a-way-for-it-admins-to-export-team-member - However, the solution is way too technical for me. I want a user-friendly way of exporting a list of team members so I can email them.

I'm surprised this isn't already a feature. Most organisations have a brand and house style, and custom Word templates are an important part of that. If our custom Normal template can't be deployed to Teams, I'd like to be able to define a 'normal' style for all new Word docs created within Teams, or at the very least set a default font which isn't Calibri

In the Mac client, the incoming call notification is in the top right. If there are any undismissed Mac OS reminders or notiications, the incoming call notification is hidden behind them, so you can't see who is calling you, and you can't see the audio or video pickup icons. Surely the notification should be always on top?
