    We too have this issue. Microsoft support came back with the following. " It shows that when a device shows as offline and Teams User is NA, this is highly likely due to the device being signed in to another tenant and the device becoming stale in it's original tenant." This is true of our handsets. No resolution yet, but will update when we get a fix.

    User preference setting to open files by default in Desktop (or) Browser (or) Teams has just been announced in Current channel, though I can't find where the setting is.
