Hi – Thank you so much for you feedback. This is Amir from Teams Shifts product team. We have this ask in our product backlog as a capability that the manager can enable under settings. Question – do you see a scenarios where you do want managers to approve swaps?

I have a need to understand who is swapping shifts. Our technical leads (Owners currently) need to be able to validate a shift swap to ensure that shift balancing is occurring and we have the right amount of experience per shift. If we can't approve the shift, and we aren't aware that the shift swap is occurring, that could greatly affect our response time and resolution ability for our customers. Would there be a way to toggle a swap approvals option, so, if you needed to have that manager approval you could, and as Josh has mentioned, if you don't need it you can turn it off?
