    It is amazing that Zoom actually has better GPO controls available than Teams does. Please fix this issue. At a minimum, we need a way to disable autostart that works even if Teams is already installed on the computer. The existing GPO that must be set before the app is installed is not a good solution.

    This GPO really needs to be fixed so that it can take effect even if the Teams app is already installed. Otherwise it is nearly useless. It is pretty sad that Zoom actually has better GPO controls available than Teams does.

    I second this idea. We tried implementing Information Barrier Policy but it is extremely slow and limited compared to Mail Flow Rules. Especially with Teams being marketed as a product for schools, the ability to restrict communication in a granular way is extremely important. Without the ability to control chat and voice, we have no option but to disable it completely. This is a critical feature for us as a school.
