Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. MS must be aware that a huge number of users (particularly in SMEs and small charity / community organisations, do not have the tech ability to use Powershell, and it is entirely inadequate for important features to be accessible only this way. In particular for those of us working with MS 365 for various different organisations (in my case two schools, a parish council and a community benefit society) figuring out how to use Powershell on the right one is too big a challenge
This request is still on the backlog.
