    The ability to trace calls once they hit the MS Teams platform, from an Auto Attendant, to a Call Queue then to an agent/call tree option user would be great. Other platforms can do this. Why so much lacking functions that exist, even in Skype are 100% necessary.

    Make this work!!! We have an operator who sits part time at the front reception, then when she leaves, we want to just put the operator/main call queue person in unavailable/busy, and set forwarding to her desk phone where she moves/sits part time. But, it won't forward...ridiculous.

    How this isn't a thing is beyond me?!?!?! Come ON!!!! Even Skype for Business on the server side you could do this. Only work around is to push it to our Polycom phones, but if you use the soft client, ti play the garbage stock music which is entirely off brand. Get a clue MS!!!

    Yeah, here we go....more lack of features that other products, including Skype had and 3rd party support like an operator console. Let's get with it already MS!!!

    I mean seriously...why take things away that were in Skype in Teams? Add something, take something away....that is why you are losing to all of these other alternatives...they are filling the void MS leaves.
