Yes, please address this. Need light theme for meetings. I also use my screen as a 'light source' (making screen 100% bright for meeting with video) to have more light on my face. But due to dark theme the light is very less. Hence, my workaround is to make Teams meeting window smaller and have Notepad window maximized in background so that there is a while notepad window rectangle around Teams windows acting as a ring light.

If Teams can also provide a ring light option, so that there is a white rectangle of about 20% in Teams windows (this will make actual window smaller), it will be great.

The position of Request control button changes based on which panes are opened. For example, I was in a meeting, I clicked Participants button, the mouse pointer was at the same position on the screen but due to participants pane opening, the Request Control button came under mouse pointer. I know this sounds silly, but I was looking at the participants list, clicked the mouse again thinking this will hide the Participants pane but then it was the Request Control button under mouse and that got clicked. I panicked as it was a very senior person giving a presentation to a large team, I could not find a way to cancel the 'Request Control'. My suggestion is to either ask the user for confirmation when Request Control button is clicked or provide an option to cancel the request for control. The 'Request Control' button should change to 'Cancel Request' after clicking. Better move this button under ellipsis menu. General users seldom need it or want to use it.
Not sure why this button is made so big and different color, while the full-screen option which is much more useful is hidden under ellipsis menu. Many of my colleagues did not know the way to use full screen mode. It's the Full Screen button that should replace Request Control button.

We need the ability to reposition the bar depending on what is being shared on the screen. Without being able to reposition we are totally not able to see what is behind the bar.. if bar is movable we can look at the content and move the bar to least obtrusive position.
