    Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to announce the next step in our journey for External Access support as we enable you to start a group chat with up to 250 participants across different organizations. The team is testing this internally, and it is important to note that you will have to be enabled by admin policy for External Access in order to be able to use this new functionality. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

    Should be noted that you can copy and paste a list of contacts into Outlook and they will reslove as individuals, even this would be a good start in Teams Calendar

    We are trying to influence our staff to move from Chat to Channel conversations where appropriate, one of the main reasons they stick to chat is read receipts are available only in chat.
    We really need to have this feature if we are going to maximise the use of Teams in our agency.

    As a first step being able to report on number of views or similar would be a good start.

    if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

    I can't agree strongly enough, if we are going to use Teams effectively as a collaboration and admin tool we must be able to move conversations between channels.
    Most often its the replies that contain the most relevant information so cross posting has to take replies with it if it is to have any value.
