Hi everyone, I wanted to check in on this ask because it’s died down since GA, and also because the ask is not totally clear to me.

Right now, we provide a way during the team creation process for you to select an existing Office 365 group. Are you asking to be able to do this same thing, but outside of Teams?

    Do let me know!

    Sincerely,
    Suphatra

I'm going to answer this from my perspective.

We still create groups in our on-prem ad which are sync'ed to azure/365, these groups are available for selection in most applications. However in this case when I go to look for the groups I only see groups created in 365, nothing that was sync'ed from ad.

I think to keep this simple we are asking to be able to select the ad sync'ed groups and be able to have a Team be based on it's members and owners.

I suspect most people would want this to be regardless of being AD on prem or Azure AD.

This would be especially useful given that the search in Teams it not able to select the GAL groups and allow us to use Distribution lists to IM like skype for business was able to.

    I'm seeing the same thing

dkim headers show dkim=fail This results in email being placed into quarantine, depending on users settings
