    The policy-based approach to call recording simply makes the use of Microsoft 365 Business voice too costly for SMBs who need call recording. Requiring a third party solution just adds cost, and makes competing solutions that include call-recording as part of a single package more attractive and cost-effective. Please add a first-party solution!
