Agreed! I am on the verge of a rant so I will try to restrain myself and remain constructive...

To clarify, by "admin/administrator", I refer to one's job function, not necessarily a Microsoft construct.

While I applaud Microsoft for working very hard to constantly add quality and value to its products and services, they do suffer from having a single product being spread out over many technologies. For instance, administering a team touches: AzureAD, SharePoint, Teams Admin, and the Teams client application (I'm sure I missed some). This suggestion would improve on that by making it more intuitive, and accessible, to administer a team.

One would think that, as an admin, to add/remove guests, one could (should!) do it from Teams Admin. But no, one must do it from the Teams client app?! But wait, if the admin is not already an owner or member of the team to which to add/remove the guest, then that team is not available from the client app. S/he must go to Teams Admin, add one's self as a member, or as an owner, if it is a private team, and then go back to the client to add the guest, and then remove one's self, if there was never any desire to be in that team--ugh! It is no wonder that we must write ourselves little notes just to do the most basic things as a Microsoft IT administrator.

This suggestion gets my vote for sure!
