Thank you for your continued feedback. We have a feature on the backlog for popping out content, so that you can see one screen with the video gallery and one screen with the shared content. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Adding this function would solve a HUGE amount of pain, confusion and ill feeling towards MS Teams in my Government Department. We have many meetings with large invite lists that are optional and this function would show that MS understood this real world way of doing business. Please urgently add this to the development list.
