Teams has a lot of potential, but with no window resizing it can not be considered a multi-tasking tool. Is it single task oriented. I can't really watch a Teams meeting and do anything else. In Skype, I can resize. Teams meeting screen is either full screen or a small box in the corner (all you really can do is realize that a meeting is taking place). What if I have 3-5 simultaneous chats during a Teams meeting? This is very typical.

This seriously limits the utilitarian value of Teams.
