    Our organization uses bit.ly.

    If the organizer goes MIA we can cancel the event, create a new one, update the bit.ly link, and the attendeed will never know because the link in their invitiation doesn't change

    @EricW, the producers don't need to have their cameras on (maybe one to give hand signals in case the presenter is muted)

    That will free up a couple.

    Then tell people who are not speaking to keep their cameras off until its closer to their time to present, then turn their cameras off when they are finished.

    I've been doing events with 20-25 presenters, as long as everyone knows the flow of the event it's pretty simple to have only the few cameras that you need available to be on when you need them

    It would be ideal, especailly if we have the option to speak to individual people. I have townhalls that have 10-15 different presenters. In order for me to be sure to have the next speaker available, I have everyone but the current speaker, the next speaker, and the top executive have their cameras on, everyone else off. Then when I move on to the next presenter, the one who just finished talking turns off their camera, and the new "next person" turns theirs on so I can queue it up. I would live to be ablet o verbally say "OK Christine, please turn your camera on" just to her. Or i case of some broadcasts where multiple people want to know how many people are online, I can just broadcast (3,250 viewers currently) without it going over the air

    I'm confused, in Live Events the only thing that is recorded is what you send live. You can't send someone's initials live (you can't click on a camera feed that isn't broadcasting) , so the only thing people will see on the recording is what they see on the live event, which is what you choose for them to see

    I can't imagine this being implemented. What you are asking is essentially making Teams Meetings capable of 10,000 participants. The broadcast is one-way, much like watching TV. Having the Q&A page integrated, unlike Skype Broadcast where it was it's own separate web page, is a very good start, but to make it two-way instead of one-way would require rebuilding the platform from the ground up, and would probably be an entirely different product.
