Thank you for your feedback, we understand the need and would like your feedback. We would like additional clarity on whether the Google Play Store is enabled/disabled within your organization. Please post information here, and our team will track your feedback to better understand the scope of this ask.

    Thanks!

Yes, thank you very much for looking into this. Google Play store is not enabled. One of the hardest parts of using the software in a school is that the program takes a lot of memory and loads slowly in just a browser. Video conferencing is very glitchy and sometimes doesn't work very well, only showing one active speaker, on a Chromebook. We use a lot of Chromebooks and so it would be really awesome if we can get the browser version of the software working better in general which is not the purpose of this ticket but would help on a Chromebook. In terms of chromebooks, it could really help and may fix some of issues if we could install an app or an extension.

Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.

See documentation for this feature here: https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310

Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.

    Thanks.

Thank you for all of the feedback around this feature! We are reviewing what the best path forward is for this.

Just so everyone knows in the meantime, teachers can absolutely review any student attached or distributed work in Assignments even if students have not clicked the ‘Turn in’ button. Some of the comments also mention that the work might not be done digitally and submitted a different way, students can also Turn in the assignment without attaching any files/resources or can use the Teams mobile app to take a photo of their paper-based work to submit digitally.

Finally, when you return the assignment as a teacher (even without the student turning in) the feedback loop is also closed. Hope this helps.

We're having a lot of issues with Chromebooks, the website app runs slowly and the video conferencing doesn't seem to work as nicely on a Chromebook which is pushing people toward Google

I agree, this is a MAJOR issue. Is the idea that the lobby feature is going to handle this so that if people rejoin the meeting they will just be in a lobby?

The only possible downside to that if people click an old incorrect meeting link, they'll just sit in a lobby until they realize they are i the wrong place. Hopefully at some point there will be a feature to disable old or incorrect meeting links.

    Thank you!.
