    Our IT department are trying to get us to move to using Teams to access all our shared files. I can't believe you can't have 2 files open at once within Teams. This seems such a basic function! I'm assuming I would have to open one, download it into PowerPoint and then go back to Teams to close the original, open the second file and download that to PowerPoint too. A bit of a faff!!
