It is very disappointing that this basic piece of a text editing environment is missing. It is even more disappointing that it appears that Microsoft has not worked on this basic functionality for user productivity and data quality for more than one year. Are you listening Microsoft?

The lack of an "Add to dictionary" selection seems a gaping hole. Ideally, my personal dictionary would be integrated across all Microsoft applications.

Good news, this feature is partially done. :)

Planner tasks can now be copied to other plans. To copy a task, click on the “…” menu on the task. From there, you can select a different plan to copy the task to.

This suggestion would be a great productivity enhancement. In one second, a user could disable a chat notification that is no longer needed. Currently, if you click on the pop-up, Teams closes out the window you are working in and takes you to the Chat window. Now, extra effort is needed to navigate back to where you were working in Teams. Time-consuming and annoying.
