    This is quite insane.

What sort of search design guru decided that results should filter out the exact content people are searching for 99.9% of the time?
You can find a Team, but you can't see all of its channels in the result?
The only channel you CAN see (and click into) is the one channel guaranteed to exist in every Team = "General"?
    Seriously?!

This Teams URL handing is massively inconsistent - in fact, it's a mess. Examples - when clicking a hyperlink URL for a Teams channel (URL generated by "Get link to channel" menu function in Teams)

That hyperlink when embedded in a Teams Wiki app, opens directly in the Teams desktop - no browser interaction occurs
Teams in a browser session (not Teams desktop), when clicking the same Teams Wiki based hyperlink, it opens not only in the same browser session, but in the same browser tab..... Great!

Compare the above, expected (proper?!) behaviour to:

If the same links are saved in the Teams OneNote app, they all redirect via the default browser, creating a new browser tab every time the link is clicked in Teams (OneNote) before it then goes back to the Teams desktop.
If the hyperlinks are copied to a third party Wiki app, or even Word and clicked from within Teams - they also redirect via the default browser, creating a new browser tab every time the link is clicked.
However, bizarrely if that same Word document, instead of being open in a Teams tab, is opened in Word desktop, and THEN the hpyerlink is clicked, it opens directly in Teams desktop - NO BROWSER interaction.
I even have examples of where two identical (ish) looking Teams channel URLs, are treated differently - from PerfectWiki app (third party) one of them opens properly in Teams desktop, one opens in the desktop app via a browser redirect but BOTH open cleanly in the Teams desktop app, if using the built in Microsoft Wiki.
    Seriously.....

For a long time, despite lots of improvements such as the new pop-out chat and separate meeting windows (great!), I have struggled with the main Teams interface because of a lack of customisation options.
Other than the ability to pin and arrange in a basic list, there is no "my things", or "home" page where links, or frequently used Teams/Channels can be stored.
