We have many users that have I Pads and without this feature we will not be able to do one on one instructions on the use of TEAMS, Microsoft 365, and other device operations.

I see 1310 votes for this but when looking at all suggestions for a monthly view there is a total of 1923 votes.

Hello, what determines when a response from Microsoft occurs? I have seen ideas with less votes getting a response.

Microsoft team, I just checked on Monthly Teams Calendar and yes there are 749 votes for this suggestion, but there are multiple suggestions asking for a monthly view and when they are added up there are about 995 or so votes. This is a good idea!

I agree, this could save embarrassments if a participant does not realize they are being shown in a display panel when another person is presenting.

The team has delivered improvements to the New Meeting experience in Calendar such as optional attendees, richer custom recurrence UX, as well as enhanced meeting RSVPs.

To learn more about RSVPing to meetings in the Teams Calendar, how to create a recurring meeting, and the new meeting scheduling experience including the scheduling assistant, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/office/schedule-a-meeting-in-teams-943507a9-8583-4c58-b5d2-8ec8265e04e5.

this can be done if you use a license. Call it company calendar and share it with all users. Have each user Add a calendar, from directory, search for the name (company calendar) and open it. That calendar then shows up on the users Calendar area. Then when creating a Video meeting in Teams invite the Company calendar. Everyone will have that view and be able to see all Video meetings.

All personal contacts in Office 365 should sync with the contact list in Teams or at least find users in the Office 365 contact area.
