Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

Teams is a RAM and CPU eater. Compared to ZOOM, when I lecture a class of 28 students via a Teams Group (sharing a screen) and two screens memory usage by Teams goes up to 1 GB with various tasks running. At the end working with Teams the software becomes slow. Far from being a nimble software to interact with.
Worst of the whole Teams Memory issue is that when idle (no video conference, no interaction and being minimized) it consumes about 800Mb in Ram. Incredible! That's a lot.
Compared to Zoom memory hardly surpass 400 or 500Mb of usage by Zoom and it is quite nimble.
Teams is a memory hog.
If you don't have large enough RAM in a Windows machine, Teams is no worth using it in a PC.
Priority #1, should be focus in making Teams agile, fast responsive and RAM friendly

I have this tab with a Stream Channel (see attached file).
There I place videos of my classes (I am an educator using Teams) form Microsoft Stream.
The problem is that there is no way to sort them by title or by date, etc. It would be wonderful to be able to sort them in the Tab by date, name, date published, etc.
The streaming channel is set to be shown by date, but in Teams it is not shown that way. I don't know the criteria used by Teams Tab to show the videos.
Could you recommend that feature to the development team in order to improve the Video Streaming Tab in Teams.
also, please include an option to show the full description of the video, not just the first few words of the description.
Thank you

Here’s more information on how to add content form existing OneNote Class/Staff Notebooks to a Class or Staff Team: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/set-up-a-class-notebook-in-teams-using-existing-content-0a8c3b96-7784-4323-9931-09747c124e7d

Justin Chando says that Teams has this feature. But as a professor when trying to add an existing Class notebook, it doesn't work. The option shows up but when clicking nothing happens. I ended up creating a new class notebook and copying all the content from the old one to the new one.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback. This feature is still on the backlog, and planned for later this year.
In the meantime, you can try using the keyboard shortcut to toggle mute (Ctrl+Shift+M). For more info on keyboard shortcuts, visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-teams-2e8e2a70-e8d8-4a19-949b-4c36dd5292d2.

I agree, it would be a great addition to the shortcuts. Spacebar to mute or unmute (like Zoom).. copy them. As simple as that.
The Ctrl + Shift + M works, but the spacebar is an easier to use key with just one finger.

The auto adjustment keeps turning my USB-mic to zero and the mic becomes worthless while having a meeting.
I bought a high quality USB-Mic only to see in my first Teams meeting that no one can hear me because my mic volume was auto adjusted to zero by Teams. WOW. I didn't expect it.
In zoom the MIC works perfectly. Please Teams development team, we need a work around to avoid the auto adjustment to set the Mic to zero for not reason.
