Yes, there is a second dial-pad you must access. It's quite ridiculous that you just can't use the keyboard. Attached is a clip of where the dial-pad is located. While in the call you have to click on the dial-pad dots at the tope of the call window. This will open the secondary dial-pad on your screen. At this point you can click the numbers or use your keyboard.

DTMF tones work in a 1:1 call by activating the secondary keypad but if you are in a conf call they do not work
