In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). Totally agree a massive miss on the covnersion from Skype, this feature is sorely missed as is the who answered from a call queue, please advise when this feature will be returning as it makes the system less useable now.

This is a big issue with us also whereby with the recent working from home scenario it is hard to manage a team without knowing where calls are not being answered etc, this feature should surely be put in as it was in Skype

They have an API in Beta at the moment is my understanding as we use a call reporting system which is using it and the reports are getting better. I believe it is due by End of May but not sure what it is going to include.
