    Consider supporting this feature via TAPI/CSTA or other standard CTI protocols and it would allow a long list of software applications to quickly provide functionality with Teams for Click to dial as well as answer call popups when receiving an incoming call.

    Not just nice to have - but a Must feature. it is ok to just cut & paste 1 part of a chat message converstion - but what is needed is the ability to export the whole chat and save it or export it.
