Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.

Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. To learn more, please visit our support page at https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310.

I totally agree with the last comment posted...
You DEFINITELY need to include more information other than first and last names! Email addresses and phone numbers are essential these days, in addition to times joined/left the meeting.

Food For Thought: WebEx has the option to designate required fields for capturing info such as this i.e. first/last name, phone, email, company, address, etc. The reports that are generated post-meeting will include all required fields as indicated upon setup/scheduling the event, in addition to even more info (which I suspect most don't even use). Bottom line is that you can get all the info you need and then some. In my case, my office generates electronic training certificates so being able to capture first/last name, email address and phone number for all attendees are a must... having the option to include company/gov.agency would be an added bonus!

This is great news and very badly needed, especially during these times of having to work remotely for an indefinite period of time!

So when is this feature actually available and how do we retrieve?

    This is great news!
When do you expect to complete your testing and make this download available?

This feature really needs to implemented IMMEDIATELY... in my opinion, this is a huge design-flaw!

Due to the current global climate pertaining to COVID-19, we are now converting our in-person trainings/meetings over to a virtual platform. While TEAMS seems to be the easiest & most convenient way to go, not having the ability to capture a final list of attendees is a MAJOR issue :(

I cannot believe that none of us have "rights" to access this information! This is especially is not good when you have alot of people that you need to capture their contact info in order for them to receive credit for attending.

Due to the current global climate pertaining to COVID-19, the in-person trainings/meetings we provide will now be conducted using TEAMS. In doing so, I have since discovered that we are unable to capture a list of attendees when conduct these trainings/meetings while using TEAMS.

As I understand it, you have to have admin rights to get reports such as attendees out of Teams. None of us have these rights... this is not good when you have alot of people that you need to capture their contact info for in order for them to receive credit for attending.

What and when can something be done to give the meeting initiator the ability to obtain an attendance list, say comparable to what WebEx generates? I need this like now!
