There is now an eml reader if you open the email from the files tab, but the obvious way of getting to the email (via the view original email link in the post) still results in downloading the eml file. Combine this with the fact that windows default handling of eml files is to start mail and prompt you to set up an account, even if you have outlook installed, and it gets messy very quickly.

opening .eml files in the email folder opens in teams as expected, but clicking on the 'view original email" link in a post generated from an email downloads the eml file instead. Hard to believe it is intended to work like this.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Thank you for your continued feedback. The team is reviewing how best to address this issue and make this more user-friendly. Note: Your meeting attendees receive a non-mirrored video including the image of you and any text, whiteboards, etc. The image and video in your Call Monitor screen is shown to you only, as if you were looking in a mirror.

Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work improving the Shifts app experience including adding recurring shifts. In the meantime, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to help with some pain-points mentioned:
    1) Make Edits to Your Schedule (Delete, Undo, Minor Copy Edits): Shifts works similarly to Excel in certain regards, so make sure to highlight shifts with your mouse and utilize keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z) to copy, delete, or undo actions. We find it helpful doing this particularly in month view and week view.
    2) Copy Button: Use the copy button on the top right to copy any timeframe you need for the entire schedule.
    3) Search for Shifts in Creation Phase: When creating a shift, utilize the search command to find shifts that have already been created in the past.

We’ll keep you posted when we have more news!

Thanks for the comment here about copy schedule - the copy icon at the top right, seems to work well to copy the previous week/month schedule into the current one. If adding recurring shifts is too hard, maybe microsoft could make this copy schedule a lot more discoverable, like not using the standard copy icon, or even better putting a button with some text!

Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on this feature as well as doing work to give users the choice to open Word/Excel/PowerPoint files by default in Browser, Office app or inside the Teams app. We will share an update here as soon as one is available.

Yes, this is a major obstacle to persuading people to use teams. The online editors do not have sufficient functionality.
