    This works as long as you use the Post a message as a flow bot to a channel.

    I construct a variable with the email address of a user in a message sent to teams via O365 connector (a MessageCard).

    I then wrap that variable with <html><at>the email variable</at></html> and then use that new variable in the Flow bot post node and mentions are sent.

    this would be AMAZING to have right now.. we would desperately love for users WFH to be able to forward a chat to the service desk email address to generate a ticket.
