    I agree COMPLETELY. This same request has been requested in other UserVoice threads and is an absolute must if Teams is going to be used for daily communication.
    Please make enabling this an urgent priority:
    1. Notifications should be ON by default.
    2. Administrators should be able to turn on notifications for all users for each channel.

    This is an absolute must - please get this done more quickly. We are trying to use teams as a daily method of communication, but that doesn't work if every user has to turn on notifications on every channel. Enable administrator control of this ASAP please.

  4. Please add an option as an admin to enable notifications by default for all messages in all channels or even for specific channels.
